This is the class all about meeting other caregivers and their little ones. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nannies, and other trusted adults are welcome! Your tiniest kiddo is learning about the world around them and also their own bodies: reaching, grasping, rocking, rolling, pushing up and making those first strides toward crawling and walking are all more fun in the gym with friends! Teeny Tinies is the only class in the gym at class time, meaning you have the whole gym to explore!
-
In Toddle Together, wobbles turn into walking and little ones discover the joy of their ever-expanding world. Toddle Together is the only class in the gym at class time, meaning you have the whole gym to explore!
-
Classes for toddlers who are the move and their trusted adults. Learn to run, jump, climb, and explore while building gross and fine motor skills. This class is scheduled at the same time as older aged classes so siblings can attend at the same time.
-
Your kiddo’s first independent class. In addition to learning gymnastics basics, Tiny Tumblers are also learning how to take direction and be a part of a group. Taking turns, asking for help, encouraging others, and overcoming fears are all skills that Tiny Tumblers are working on.
-
Tiny Twisters begin mastering their gymnastics basics while becoming confident members of their class. Tiny Twisters work on jumps, rolls, building lateral movement, swinging, handstands, and different walking passes on the balance beam. They also practice waiting their turn, working independently at a station, following an obstacle course, asking for help, and cheering for others.
-
Twisters are beginner gymnasts learning rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. Twisters build self-esteem, coordination, strength, and flexibility while learning skills on floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and trampoline.
-
Twisters II students have learned Twisters I skills and are ready to learn more of the fundamentals of gymnastics such as backbend kickovers, levers and side handstands on beam, and back hip circles on bars.
-
Gymnasts learn back handsprings, kips on bars, front handsprings on vault, and take their cartwheels to the beam.
-
90 minute fun-packed parties for up to 15 guests. Enjoy 60 minutes of time in the gym, with coaches facilitating obstacle courses, games, trampoline, and open gym time, and 30 minutes for cake and presents.

Looking for an activity for your baby, toddler, or older kiddo? Open gyms provide a safe, climate controlled, and family-oriented activity for young children to explore, interact with their peers, and build coordination and strength. Open gyms also serve the purpose of connecting caregivers of young children and building community. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver on the floor during open gym.

Gymnastics is for all kinds of kids!
Do you have an active toddler at home who’s bouncing off the walls? Maybe you have a shy preschooler who can be a little slow to warm up to new experiences and people. Whether you’re looking for activities to entertain your busy toddler, want your third-grader to find joy in movement, or you’re just looking for an activity that your 2-year-old and 5-year-old can attend at the same time, gymnastics is great for all kinds of kids!
Build Confidence
Gymnastics builds skills for life! Confidence is the result of effort, time, and overcoming fears. The great thing about confidence is that building it in one area of a kid’s life will have a spillover effect into other parts of their life.
Grow Stronger
Kids who do gymnastics build strength inside and out! Did you know that most of our bone density develops by the time we finish our teen years? Kids who do weight-bearing activities like gymnastics will even be less likely to develop osteoporosis later in life!
Gain Skills for Other Sports and Lifelong Health
Gymnastics is excellent cross-training for other sports and overall health. Kids who do gymnastics learn balance, safe falls, exercise their whole bodies, and work their flexibility, which can reduce risk for injuries, improve posture, and research shows it can even lead to feeling more relaxed!
Practice Resiliency and Determination
We give kids a low-stakes and fun environment to grow the skills that will help them throughout life, such as resiliency and determination. Gymnastics is the place to try new skills, face fears, learn how to make mistakes and work through failures, and accomplish goals. When they can do this in the gym, they can do it on the playground, at school, and wherever they want to go in life.
