Class Policies
-
Tuition is based on the number of times a class is scheduled to be held that month and class length. Some months have three weeks of your class and some have five weeks due to the month itself, holidays, or other circumstances. We charge on the first of the month for that month’s tuition. Twist and Tumble requires no annual fees or registration fees.
45 minute classes (Teeny Tinies, Tumble Together) cost $25 per class. Monthly tuition is:
$75 for 3-week month
$100 for 4-week month
$125 for 5-week month
50 minute classes (Tiny Tumblers, Tiny Twisters, Twisters I, Twisters II) cost $27 per class. Monthly tuition is:
$81 for 3-week month
$108 for 4-week month
$135 for 5-week month
80 minute classes (Twisters III) cost $31 per class. Monthly tuition is:
$93 for 3-week month
$124 for 4-week month
$155 for 5-week month

Your class is ongoing on a monthly basis. You don’t need to re-enroll as we do not have sessions. If you ever want to cancel enrollment with us, please let us know BEFORE the 1st of the month and we will cancel your enrollment for the subsequent months. We do NOT need a specific number of days notice; we only need to know BEFORE we send out statements on the 1st of the month.
-
Trials are for classes with open spots. We don’t do trials in classes without open spots in order to keep our coach to student ratios. Your trial class will be in the class that you would be joining. For example, if you trial a Tuesday 4:00 class, then you will join the Tuesday 4:00 class.
Your first class is a free trial.
After that, you are auto-enrolled into the class. That means you will be charged for the remainder of the month at the next week's class.
If you decide that you don't want to continue the class, you must let us know before the second class via email to avoid any charges.
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR A TRIAL CLASS USING OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL. WE DO NOT ALLOW DROP-IN TRIAL CLASSES.
-
You MUST mark an absence in the Parent Portal before your child's scheduled class to inform them of your child not attending to receive a make-up class.
Make-ups are allowed one time per month when the requested class size permits
You must pre-register for make-up classes through the office
We will not offer make-up classes for missed make-up classes
No credits or refunds will be given for classes not made up
Make-up classes expire within six months of the missed class OR when you cancel enrollment
Our first priority is ensuring that your child’s regular class does not go over ratio. This helps us deliver safe and quality classes. We do not guarantee a make-up for missed classes.
-
Waitlists are managed by priority groups and chronologically within each priority group using the date in which you joined the waitlist. We group the waitlists in this order of priority:
Priority group 1: Moveups from previous levels
Priority group 2: Transfers of the same student from the same level
Priority group 3: Siblings of currently enrolled families
Priority group 4: All other prospective students
Once a spot opens up, we will hold that opening for 24 hours for you. You have 24 hours to let us know if you can join the class within 2 weeks.

Gymnasts
Gymnasts are only allowed in the carpeted gym area with a coach (or a caregiver during Open Gym)
Bare feet only in the carpeted gym area
Wear clothing that allows your arms and legs to move freely. Shorts, leggings, sweatpants, T-shirts, and leotards are good choices. No zippers, buttons, socks, or stomach-baring outfits (this is a safety issue for beam and bars)
No wearing jewelry in the gym. You can wear medical ID tags/bracelets and rhinestones on leotards.
Tie back hair to keep it out of your face, and keep your nails trimmed
You must have permission from your coach to leave class, including to go to the bathroom, get a drink, or go to the waiting area
Proper gym and social behavior is expected of all gymnasts. This means listening to and following directions, encouraging your classmates, and following safety rules. If you act in an unsafe or impolite way, you may be asked to leave class.
Only run in the gym when told to do so by your coach
Whenever moving through the gym, stay alert and look out for other gymnasts
Let your coach know if you’re hurt or don’t feel good
No gymnasts allowed in the back room
Bullying of any kind is unacceptable. If you are being bullied, tell a coach as soon as possible. If you are aware of bullying, tell a coach or your caretaker as soon as possible.
Parents, Caregivers, Siblings, and Guests
Safety rules must be followed not only by gymnasts, but also by parents, caregivers, siblings, and guests
Caregivers of Tiny Tumblers and Tiny Twisters are asked to stay on-site during class
Caregivers of Twisters I, II, and III level gymnasts: walk your child into the studio and stay until after your child’s class has begun. Never drop your child off in front of the building. Students must remain inside the gym until their caregivers arrive.
Twist and Tumble offers a viewing area for parents and caregivers to watch class. Priority in the viewing area goes to parents. If needed during busy times, Twist and Tumble may ask that families do their best to have a maximum of two people accompany their gymnast.
No parents should be on the gym floor unless taking class with their child or assisting them during Open Gym
Please be on time so your child can get the most out of their class and to minimize disruptions to other students
Gymnasts are not allowed to leave the building for any reason except with a parent or approved guardian
Drivers in the parking lot need to stay alert for traffic, cars backing out, and departing and arriving gymnasts
Make sure your gymnast is adequately fueled before class. We encourage water bottles to help expedite water breaks
Only staff allowed in the back room
Bullying of any kind is unacceptable. If you are aware of bullying in class, contact the office immediately.
Our coaches are trained professionals and we take great pride in our level of coaching. You get to leave the coaching to us and have a great time watching your gymnast grow! If you have questions, ask the coach after class, or schedule a meeting time. Please do not hesitate to discuss any questions you have about your child’s coach or class experience with management.
