We do trials for classes with open spots. We don’t do trials in classes without open spots in order to keep our coach to student ratios.
After your first class, you are auto-enrolled into the class. That means you will be charged for the remainder of the month at the next week's class. If you decide that you don't want to continue the class, you must let us know before the second class via email to avoid any charges.

Children should wear clothing that allows their arms and legs to move freely. Shorts, leggings, sweatpants, T-shirts, and leotards are good choices. No zippers, buttons, socks, or stomach-baring outfits (this is a safety issue for beam and bars).
No wearing jewelry in the gym. You can wear medical ID tags/bracelets and rhinestones on leotards.

Yes, Twist and Tumble classes are for children of all genders.
We do floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline during class. Four of these five apparatus are both “men’s” and “women’s” gymnastics events. While balance beam is a “women’s” gymnastics apparatus, we believe that boys too benefit from learning the balance, coordination, and concentration required for beam, and can have just as much fun on beam as girls.

No. We like to keep things simple

Anyone who goes on the floor is required to fill out a waiver. That means every child participating in a class, open gym, camp, or party MUST have a waiver on file.
Also, any adult who goes on the floor must also have a signed waiver.
Being stringent about waivers helps us keep our insurance costs down, which in turn helps us keep class costs lower.
-
Yes! It is incredibly important to us that our viewing area allows parents to see and hear all areas of the gym. We believe that this is crucial for running a safe and family-oriented program.
-
We do not allow drop-ins for classes. Your child must be enrolled in class and attend their class day and time.
We do allow drop-ins for Open Gym! -
Twist and Tumble has two bathrooms available for use by gymnasts, families, and guests. One person is allowed at a time in the bathroom, with the exception of a caregiver helping a child. We do not have a strict requirement for your child to be potty trained. If they are not yet potty trained, we require pull-ups or equivalent during class. If a gymnast is potty training and needs assistance in the bathroom, assistance MUST be rendered by their caregiving adult. Coaches and other Twist and Tumble staff cannot assist children in any way.

Twist and Tumble is a community. We ask all kids and parents to adhere to our Code of Conduct to keep our community safe.

Twist and Tumble offers a viewing area for parents and caregivers to watch class. Priority in the viewing area goes to parents. If needed during busy times, Twist and Tumble may ask that families do their best to have a maximum of two people accompany their gymnast.
